This is a retreat and time to unwind, to nurture yourself, creating space, connecting to nature. Yoga is a way of being, nowhere to get to, its presence and soothing the self. The retreat includes different styles of yoga, meditation, breath work, sound bath, nutritious and homemade food, forest exploring. This retreat is designed as a reset, a time to pause and just be in the flow of things creating a fresh foundation for your life going forward.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. A Yoga and Mindfulness retreat. A beautiful genuine Mongolian Yurt decorated with oriental rugs and wall hangings. A perfect getaway for like minded people with comfortable accommodation in a Luxury Forest Lodge and quirky Shepherd’s Hut. All these are set in a fabulous landscaped garden with immediate access to the New Forest, through several garden gates. It is nestled in the trees and has lots of walking routes around and the sounds of birds and sightings of other wildlife including deer, horses, white harts!

​​​​​​The retreat venue is located in a small village named Godshill which is scattered either side of the nearest town named Fordingbridge. The space creates a perfect nurturing environment to feel enriched, recharged and balanced. You will find stillness and calm in this tranquil haven.

Seeds to Bloom Yoga retreats promote emotional, physical and mental wellness. It is our honour to not only host retreats but to create a fully equipped wellness centre and healing sanctuary. We believe in the healing powers of nature and are passionate about incorporating this into the retreat programme.

During your stay Seeds to Bloom retreats invites you to establish an awareness of your body; creating union in breath, mind, body, soul and spirit. Integrating reflection, wholesome nourishment through lovingly prepared meals, and an ability to tune in to ones intuition letting this guide our journey forward.

Friday afternoon

  • 15:00 Arrival and orientation to where you are staying

  • Forest grounding - Restorative yoga - meditation

  • Homemade vegan meal deliciously made by Seeds to Bloom's local caterer

​

Saturday

  • Morning Vinyasa yoga practice - breath-work - meditation

  • Breakfast - an offering of self-serve items such as delicious locally sourced bread, porridge, cereals, fruit, yogurt, selection of drinks

  • Intention setting - journalling - exploring nature - self-reflection time

  • Lunch - Homemade vegan meal deliciously made by Seeds to Bloom's local caterer

  • Hatha yoga - breath-work - meditation

  • Sound bath

  • Dinner - Homemade vegan meal deliciously made by Seeds to Bloom's local caterer

Sunday

  • Morning Vinyasa yoga practice - breath-work - meditation

  • Breakfast - an offering of self-serve items such as delicious locally sourced bread, porridge, cereals, fruit, yogurt, selection of drinks

  • Reflections - farewells
