ABOUT ME

Hello, I’m Ellie Sullivan, and I am a passionate Yoga and Meditation Teacher. I’ve spent many years exploring the transformative power of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, and I’m deeply committed to helping others find balance and well-being through a holistic approach.

My yoga journey began many years ago, and in 2019, I completed a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Course in India. Since then, I've been eager to share the beauty of yoga with others, guiding my students to connect with their true selves and unlock their full potential. I teach from a place of passion and authenticity, helping my clients bloom into their best selves.

Alongside my work as a yoga instructor, I am a Clinical Associate Psychologist, registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS), and I have experience working within the NHS. My psychological work allows me to integrate the unique insights of psychology with yoga, and meditation to create a truly holistic experience for my clients.

My Philosophy

I believe that true well-being is a harmony of mind, body, and spirit. Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness not only strengthen the body but also nurture the mind and soul. It is my belief that when we cultivate awareness and acceptance of ourselves we create the space for healing, growth, and transformation.

I am passionate about making yoga accessible to all, and I encourage my students to be present in the moment, to build awareness, and to approach themselves and the world around them with compassion. Through yoga classes, meditation practices, and at retreats I strive to provide a nurturing environment where my students can discover peace, clarity, and balance.
